Proof of Renters Insurance. Solara Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.

Parking
We offer covered carports, and guest parking. One assigned parking space with each Apartment Home. Additional spaces are available to rent.
Pet Policy
Pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown
Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets
A $250 additional deposit per pet will be charged
A maximum of 2 pets will be allowed
A $50 per month pet premium will be charged per pet
